Refund and Returns Policy
Every effort has been made to ensure that the products we sell are of the highest quality and responsibly sourced. Because of this, we are confident that the quality of our products will speak for itself.
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have bought, please return it to us for a full refund. We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs for non-faulty products.
We will accept returns and offer a full refund, providing:
- The product is returned within 14 days
- The product is intact, unopened and unused
Once an order is placed, it is possible to amend or cancel your order up to the time of dispatch of the goods. The time of dispatch is the time that the goods actually leave our order centre. Once the goods have been dispatched, we regret that we cannot accept any order amendment or cancellation.
