Delivery policy

We will organise the delivery of any products you order from Ayurvedaheaven to the address you specify at the checkout process. The address you specify should be the registered card address.

Ayurveda Heaven will ship products using the shipping method selected by Buyer on the Website. We will endeavour to let you know of any changes or special requirements.

All orders placed before 6.00pm London (UK) time) are processed overnight and dispatched the next working day.Please note that this means orders placed on a weekend will not be despatched until the following Monday or next working day in the case of national / bank-holidays.

Ayurveda Heaven shall use reasonable efforts to cause products to be delivered to Buyer by requested delivery dates, but shall in no event be liable for any losses or damages caused by delay, or damage or non-delivery of products.

While we take care to ensure our products arrive with you safely, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or breakages that happen once the package has left our premises.

Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping charges unless you are qualified under one of our promotional offers which is subjected to change at any time without prior notice.
